Hot Shot Pack This is a great bag. I like the reinforced bottle holders on each side and the tuck away hipbelts. The BackSaver feature really does work, what a difference it makes! It's like no other backpack I've ever worn.

bad This bag does not fit a 16" laptop and definitely will not fit a 17". I am so disappointed in the quality and size of this bag.
